Sun Health Christmas Luminaria Event 2022

The holiday season brought brightness and joy into our lives that illuminates our path into the New Year. On December 13^th through the 15^th Sun Health welcomed Christmas by hosting a Christmas Luminaria event at La Loma Village, The Colonnade, and Grandview Terrace, respectively. Presented by Sun Health Spiritual Life Department, this event featured 400 luminary bags forming a candle-lit path, guitarist, violinists and harpists.  Residents and Sun Health team members explored the luminary path while sipping hot-mulled wine and enjoying Christmas cookies and the company of friends.

This beautiful event created new memories for many residents as well as brought back the joy of old ones.  Attendees were asked to bring a donation of toys benefitting Thrive and books or monetary donation benefitting New Leaf.
