Visitors are welcome with safety protocols in place. The Centers for Disease Control reports that more than 1 million COVID-19 cases were reported in the United States over the last 7 days. In Arizona, the number of daily diagnosed cases continues to rise.
Visitor guidelines:
- Each residence may request a maximum of two visitors from same house hold per day.
- Visiting screening hours are between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- The resident must call the front desk to request a time for their visitor no later than 24 hours in advance
- The front desk will schedule a time for the visit.
Upon arrival visitors must:
- Visitors must arrive within their scheduled time frame and check in at the front desk.
- Visitors must wear a face mask prior to entering the building. They will be expected to wear the face mask through the duration of the visit. Visitors who arrive without a face mask will be turned away.
- Visitors will complete a screening questionnaire and have their temperature taken. If the visitor has a temperature above 100.4 degrees or answered yes to any questions on the questionnaire, they will be denied entry.
- Visitors will be asked to sanitize their hands prior to the start of the visit.
ALL VISITATION IS CONDUCTED ACCORDING TO STATE AND FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS AND MAY CHANGE BASED ON THE COVID STATUS OF MARICOPA COUNTY AND/OR PER REGULATORY.
